  • In a 1 year retained leadership engagement for a stalled niche staffing firm, led them to 31% year-over-year temp growth with 26% derived from new customers and average existing customer growth of 16%.

  • Over a period of 16 months, helped an 18-year-old firm with declining revenues and little new client acquisitions, achieve 26 new clients and $7.0M temp revenue growth.

  • Within 18 months helped a large professional staffing firm balance their mix of business from 86% MSP and 14% SMB to a healthier 60%/40% portfolio resulting in significant profit improvement.

  • Designed and implemented a company’s first national accounts program that achieved $26M annually by its third year.

  • Reconstructed the recruitment and delivery segment of a mid-size organization that resulted in 18%-50% improvement in all critically measured KPI’s while reducing overall indirect expense by 38%. 

  • After 28 years, a staffing owner of a specialized firm wanted to sunset from the daily responsibilities as well as recover from years of diminishing company results. As the acting leadership, over a 36-month period, drove revenue from $35.9M to $58.2M.

  • To establish and grow an enterprise centric staffing firms SMB business segment, personally launched their mid-market efforts into New Jersey, Minnesota, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina and Florida with revenues operating above $24.0M within the first year. 

  • Due to a series of acquisitions, led a firm’s efforts to consolidated 7 separate and wildly different compensation plans. Achieved a single high-reward performance-driven incentive plan for sales and recruiters within 90 days.

  • Advised a new staffing company founder over the first 2+ years of the firm’s growth, resulting in $24.0M in revenue, 33 clients acquired and 19 internal staff hires.
