Designed around a predetermined block of advisory hours, Ignite will align and respond as needed and when needed.
Without any time limits on the utilization of Ignites hours, there is no specific "use it or loose it" constraints and adding more time couldn't be easier.
Designed with an owner/operator in mind, Leader Compass offers the same flexibility as our standard advisory services, but is more often designed with a pre-set and recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cadence
